Martha Anne Rich, Ph.D., is the founder of Rich Potential, LLC, a consultancy created to help leaders develop the mindsets, processes and tools to cultivate unimagined possibility for themselves and others. As a psychologist, executive coach, and consultant, Martha Anne coaches leaders, facilitates meetings, creates leadership training programs, and designs organizational change initiatives.

Her clients include leaders across industries including C-Suite executives, entrepreneurs, and healthcare professionals. Martha Anne obtained her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from The University of Alabama. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and of the Society of Consulting Psychology.
